Have been using Turbo Tax since 2006 for myself & family. Was very nervous at 1st however each year am impressed with the extent of the questions, prompts, alerts, including college tuitions, deductions allowed information. Thought that non resident state taxes would be a challenge but Turbo Tax made it a breeze. I like the options of being able to efile or print & mail my individual returns especially when I owe money & do not want extra expense of paying for efiling my additional states. The option of filing & setting payment date of my choice is yet another new bonus option. I always tell people that Turbo Tax coveres all of life changes from simple tax return to college, different states, mortgages, rentals, Investments. A superb products...keep up the good work!

Just Keeps Getting Easier

No matter what your profession, you can easily load this program and it will lead anyone through the tax preparation and filing process. Was recently in California and talked my retired sister-in-law into buying TurboTax Deluxe. Told her I would walk her through it by phone. She loaded it and has completed her taxes and she did not have to call me at all. She said "it could not have been easier". She has an Apple product and I have Windows 8, so I was worried about what the differences might be. Apparently---none! Great product that anyone can navigate.
What's great about it: The product keeps improving and getting simplified.
What's not so great: There were no cons to this product. Have been using Turbotax 10 years.

Even though I lost the return I started online the customer support team was amazingly helpful in making starting over as easy as possible.

Process was extremely easy to follow and well organized. Made the effort painless.
What's great about it: Step by step clear and efficient use of time
What's not so great: Ran into error message that was subsequently fixed with TT update.
