Peace of Mind!

This is my 6th year using TurboTax, it always amazes me how easily the product adapts to changes in our life. The ability to have the previous years info pre-loaded for you before you even start your return is priceless!
What's great about it: Easy, Consistant, Reliable

Handled my complications

Turbo Tax allowed me to import complicated 1099's and avoid having to manually enter many details. It's Deductible was a big help too.
What's great about it: Took care of all the details; imported details for me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use!

Since doing our taxes is not fun, TurboTax at least makes it much more pleasurable. It is systematic, and gives you step-by-step guidance. Can't find anything negative about that! Now all we need to do is find a program that saves all your receipts in a neat, compact drawer so it makes the gathering of documentation fun too!
What's great about it: Easy to use, great hints and explinations
What's not so great: None!

Turbo Tax Year IN and Year Out

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It has saved me much time and has guided me through the maze of tax law changes. I am now retired and my return is much simpler now, but I will continue to use Turbo Tax because it is a relief to get it right and they back you up.
What's great about it: Ease of use and I learn about changes automatically.
What's not so great: Costs more than other products and no incentive for repeat customers.

Fast and Easy

We as a family have used TurboTax for many years without any IRS issues - this includes the years in Business with those issues, with kids in College and educational expenses, through deaths in the family with Inheritance issues; and this year with disability and social security. That April 15th deadline is no longer a date of doom, a couple of hours on the computer after gathering the data, and it's done!
What's great about it: Easily understood questions and answers on all topics needed
What's not so great: What happened to Free State E-File
