This was quick, easy and fairly intuitive, other than the PIN instructions that contradict what Mr Oxley at IRS told me.
What's great about it: It was fast
What's not so great: I was confused by the PIN for Fed taxes. I called IRS and they said they don't issue pins and Turbo Tax is incorrect.

I do my 2 college students and my 82 year old mothers and my husband and mine all with different situations.
And I find solutions everytime.

A big help to cover the bases of my finances

It was a comprehensive review of my financial circumstances and I thought it was a focused process. It took my time and made sure I provided the most accurate detail I had records to support. I have confidence in the accuracy of my work and Turbo Tax asked the right questions.
What's great about it: The questions dug up the necessary info for my needs
What's not so great: It takes a little longer to get a complete picture and worth the effort
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

the redeeming of my U. S. savings reporting was handled with itemized precision as well as the funds usage for the college expenses of undergrad studies.

What's great about it: I can let the experts do my heavy lifting.
What's not so great: There should a selection to go directly to the standard deduction. If there is one then my aploogies for I missed it.

PAYING AGAIN

I am 66 years old and not too comfortable with computers. Turbo Tax is instructual enought to help me complete my taxes.
What's great about it: IT DOES GIVE STEP BY STEP AND IT ALLOWS YOU TO GO BACK AT ANYTIME
What's not so great: THE END OF TURBO GET CONFUSING ON MAKING PAYMENTS.

TurboTax again

I have used TurboTax for a number of years. They make doing taxes easy. You can switch back and forth between the help guide and the actual forms to do what you need. I like the places to store documentation. It would be nice to attach scanned documents to a line also.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Need to pay separate for State Tax
