Very easy to use and accurate!

I have used Turbotax for many years. I started after a friend of mine looked at my taxes with Turbotax after I went to a "professional" tax office. He found more than $200.00 of additional tax refund for me. I will continue to use this program.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Experience -- but NO Refund:-(

This is my 5th year of using TurboTax and it's great. I did not (deservedly) get a refund as in the past, however, I feel confident that my tax obligations have been minimized to the extent allowable by law. Thank you TurboTax team!!
What's great about it: Direct download from financial institutions
What's not so great: None that I can think about

peace over procastinating!!

I could start my taxes, then if interrupted, it was so easy to go back and pick up right where I left off without having to start all over again. It also gave me peace of mind that I wasn't leaving anything out.
What's great about it: turbo tax took me step by step and double cked everything
What's not so great: when the job income was no longer valid, it was hard to delete it

My esperience

Have used Turbo Tax for several years and found it to be very user friendly but this year did not meet prior standards and was a struggle to use. Even printing a copy of the file was complicated.
What's not so great: 2012 was extremely hard to stay on track with the forms. Prior versions were much more user friendly.

Turbotax gets better every year

Seems like every year it gets a little easier to file with Turbotax. I imported more of my mutual fund information this year into Turbotax. Importing this information works very slick and reduces the work to do your taxes.

Easy to use and clear in its instructions. The only thing that will slow you down is putting together your documentation and receipts. The more you use it, the easier it gets and the more you can pull together your documents prior to starting the program.
What's great about it: Once familiar w/product, process moves quickly.
What's not so great: There shouldn't be a flag/correction/missing info window after clicking to file. Put this under "Review."
