Easy and reliable

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and appreciate not having to reenter personal information. I use the interview for part of the return, but also enter some items directly on the form. I also appreciate not having to duplicate information when I file my state return.
What's great about it: Pulls in last year's information and allows me to add or correct information as I gather it.
What's not so great: I don't like the graphs for the historical comparison, I prefer dollar amounts. Both would be nice, though.

What's great about it: Have been using for over 10 years very easy and step by step guides you.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: walked me through the process
What's not so great: baby'd me just a bit too much. I dont know that there is a happy medium between too much and not enough

Turbo Tax helped more with business expenses.

Overall I was impressed. I've used Turbo Tax before and this year there was a lot more business help. We had a question on the local state filing and looked it up on the state website.
I would use it again.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax helped more with business expenses.
What's not so great: State filing did not have help understanding local tax info.

I am probably in the average situation for a middle-income client and Turbotax addresses my needs. I especially appreciate the ability to download previous years' information quickly.
What's great about it: Quick answers to most questions for my situation
