Way to Go!

I love Turbo Tax because it's reliable. It walks you through every step making you understand what everything is about. It has more details than some other programs. I have been using it for the past maybe 10 years and I have no complain. It really helps me a lot.
What's great about it: It walks you through every step.
What's not so great: Some programs don't carry the state part for free

Making it Easy

Used this for my, and family relatives returns for several years, and I recommend it...hope I can get a similar product for my non-profit that i spent 18 hours doing last year!
Step by step lets you get your stuff together, and stop/start as life interrupts...without having to delve into every painstaking step of an IRS booklet!

What's great about it: Able to walk thru return without having to read difficult IRS forms, and start/stop return when I have time!
What's not so great: Had to call for customer service code to do final filing

Turbo Tax was easy to use despite doing itemize deductions.
What's great about it: Inputs are fairly easy to follow
What's not so great: Updates continue without notice 2 weeks after taxes sent it; Price.

Turbo Tax to the Rescue!

I LOVE Turbo Tax! I used to HATE doing taxes...but for the last 5 years I have used Turbo Tax and it is breeze! I couldn't imagine going to a tax person, and sitting there while they go through all my papers, etc. It is so quick and easy to do it yourself! If I can do it, anyone can! Taxes done, refund on it's way!
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Helpful, Affodable and did I say EASY???
What's not so great: No issues...smooth sailing all the way!

I've been using TurboTax for years....I don't know why you wouldn't. Fast, easy and accurate. I have never had any issues.
This is a must have tax software program.
What's great about it: Inexpensive; easy; and fast.
What's not so great: None

Always easy

Turbo Tax is always a quick and easy way to do my taxes. However, when we get to the medical expenses section, I would like the program to tell me the dollar amount for my income that we are required to spend on medical before we get any deductions BEFORE I start the section. If I get a write off on medical after $12,000 and I have $5,000 in expenses, I'll just skip the whole section.

Using Turbo since 1990

I hae use Turbo Tax since 1990. I have talked several friends and family members to purchase it and i haev done a few of my friends easy taxes for them. I haev looked at the competition out there and have always settled on Turbo Tax. One year I went to a tax service and paid a lot of money and didn't get any better return. I moved a lot and so a lot of times I was filing in two to three states. Turbo Tax always calcullated the best returns to get the maxium refund in these situations. Over the years I wasw in stock and investment clubs that brought and sold stock, I have a pretty good financial portfolio currently and Turbo Tax was easy to understand these different situation. My tax forms are not straight forms and turbo Tax has so far been right on. I would reccommend Turbo Tax to anyone whether they had a simple form or ones like I hae had over the years. ii will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: easy to use, cost is good, keeps past years records
