My first time using TURBOTAX. I was planning on going to a tax consultant but decided to buy turbo tax and give it a try. So easy!! Glad I decided to go this route.

Doesn't get any easier

I have been using TurboTax for probably 15 years and each time I use it I can believe how the Intuit software writers have improved on the previous years software. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and recommend it to everyone that wants to do there own taxes.
Thanks for your wonderful product.
What's great about it: Step by step couldn't get any more simple and thought provoking.
What's not so great: I wish I could think of one.

Made preparing a return easy and fast

Great tool for filing returns, I was pleased with being able to submit my federal return and payment on line, NO Envelopes or stamps.
What's great about it: Able to submit return for free

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years and each year the process is simple and comprehensive. Turbo Tax makes a complicated tax structure easier to understand. When I finish, I am confident my taxes are accurate.

Simpifies the process

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years for my return and my daughter, and mother's returns as well. It is indispensible in completing my returns. It handles all the calulations, can import data from outside entities like banks and brokers, and allows you to consider areas that might apply to you that you may not have known about.
In some situations I think you need to have some understanding of what the result should be so you know what the outcome should look like. I found this to be true with reporting Royalty income from a small oil and gas investment I have that my financial advisor recommended. (Sch E). LAst year I had to go back and "learn" how to input the data correctly. Not a major issue.

COULD'NT SQUEEZE OUT STATE REFUND

DID I MISS IT SOMEWHERE THAT I COULD'NT SCROLL AND PRINT IN TT?
GOOD PROGRAM AND USER FRIENDLY FOR A 76 YEAR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN.
I USED IT TO FILL OUT MY ENTIRE FAMILY FEDERAL TAX.
HAD TO PAY FOR MY STATE RETURNS.
