What's great about it: FAST AND EASY TO USE TURBO TAX, BEEN USING THIS FOR YEARS
What's not so great: IF YOU ENTER SOMETHING TWICE, LIKE PUTTING INTEREST FOR THE SAME COMPANY THERE IS NO RED FLAG

Turbo Tax handles tax situations well. However, I don't like the product tier structure and the upsell pressure it creates. I wish Intuit would make one product that met everyone's needs - after all, it is just code. I get the profit incentive - but it gets in the way of the customer experience.
What's great about it: Easy to use, does all calculations
What's not so great: Always trying to upsell me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Walks you through step by step - Feel assured you are getting the maximum credits and deductions you qualify for!

I depend on this program for my taxes year in and year out. I've used Turbotax for the last 6 years+ and I'm always satisfied! Calculations accurate, audit protection, support when needed...what more do you need?
What's great about it: easy interface, good stepwise process, no unnecessary redundancy
What's not so great: None that I'm aware of!

Every year it gets easier and easier to enter items and get through this horrible process. Computers have made this job so much more enjoyable.
What's great about it: I could import my data from my finanacial institutions
What's not so great: Took me a long while to realize I could do what is stated above

I trust TurboTax to lead me through a very thorough process to maximize my refund. I can upload my previous year's tax file right into this year and continue with this year's program. It's very convenient and, with a bit of patience, you can complete your taxes very quickly. This is better than paying a pro hundreds of dollars to sit with you- no need to set an appointment or lug around a box of papers. I appreciate what TurboTax offers and plan on using them for many years to come.
What's great about it: Process leads you through the steps, The system considers many opportunities to maximize your refund
