Quality issues, expensive, forget the cloud.

I have used TT for many years. The cost should be going down. This year they had more issues than usual - especially in the MN forms.
Impossible to contact with comments on issues.
Instead of eliminating the user group, they should have re-invented it.

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes so much easier when doing it yourself. The beauty of it is you can work at your own pace and enter the information as you receive it or have the time. Stopping and starting is not a problem!
What's great about it: Super easy and fast
What's not so great: Only challenge was entering info from broker

You have to trick into giving you a state if you are a nonresident.
There are cases where it will only accept a US state and postal code
There are cases where it will only accept a US state and postal code
What's great about it: Good basic package
What's not so great: does not handle Canadian residents very well

Turbo tax is very well layed out and the prompts are user friendly so that even the most novice of tax filers can use this product. I would recommend to anyone.
