Fast and furious!

Overall, great product. Recommend to all individuals with minimal experience in filing taxes. Wished that the first state e-file was free as well!
What's great about it: Easy to get help from the help popup windows. Easy to follow (user-friendly)
What's not so great: Sometimes too many steps to overview the non-concerned areas

Turbo Rocks

Easy to use, one does not need to be an expert as if gives detailed explanations and walks you through during the entire process until returns are filed. Yes, I keep on using the product and definitely will strongly recommend.
What's great about it: Very Friendly, easy to understand
What's not so great: nothing that I could think of. I like every feature of it.

Love that "Easy Guide" function!

Incredibly easy to use. Makes it as near to fool proof as possible. I have no little to no knowledge in the fields of taxes or accounting yet the Easy Guides of Turbo Tax did as the name implies and guided me through the tax return process with the greatest of ease. Very pleased with this product!
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Additional cost for state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Intuitive

I have used turbo tax for a number of years. I find it to be a very intuitive software. It does take some time to sit down and go through every question but it cause me to report every income and deduction item.
What's great about it: Caused me to think of all income and deduction items
What's not so great: Could not find a way to eliminate schedule C despite no business income for the last few years

Way to easy

I have used several tax programs over the years but I am very impressed in the ease of use of the Tubo Tax program. I felt confident throughout the process that what I was seeing and reading was accurate. It just has a feel about that you know it's correct

We used to use a tax professional before his retirement and was not sure where to go and did not want to go to one of the large tax prep locations. So we gave Turbo Tax a try and found that it was quick and easy, cost less and offered more deductions then the Tax Pro. We have been satisfied with our experience with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: reloadable credit card not offered this year

I have used Turbo Tax to prepare my tax returns and tax returns for my family for many years. Turbo Tax makes it easy by walking you through all relevant income and expense items, so that you don't forget to include anything. The e-filing option is great as well, speeding up the process of receiving your refund.
