Turbo tax gives me the opportunity to file our tax return ourselves. It is so easy to understand, otherwise I never would be able to complete it myself. It ultimately saves us money and time.
What's great about it: Turbo tax easily guided me through each category, where I could understand exactly what information they needed.
What's not so great: It was more expensive to buy Turbo Tax this year.

Peace of Mind

In 2012, I was forced to shortsale my home due to financial reasons. As I was going through the shortsale process, all I kept thinking about was how it would affect my taxes during tax time. Turbo Tax took those worries right out when I finally sat down to file my tax return. I look forward to next years return. God bless America!
What's great about it: I love the option of "EasyGuide" or "Explore on my own".
What's not so great: I didn't like the fact that the IRS didn't have all the forms ready by the time I was ready to start my return.

A yearly "must"!

I love this software! We've been using it every year since about 2003. We are continually impressed with the ease of use and level of confidence it provides. Thank you for a program that helps to "enhance my calm"!!
What's great about it: EASY
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using TT for years. It is great for carrying forward information from year to year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great for year after year use
What's not so great: If doing a very simple (1040EZ), takes some time to answer no to everything
Pros: I bought or sold investments
