Turbo Tax is great.
What's great about it: Simple, fast, areas well explained, easy to understand

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years and file without the help of an accountant. I loved that everything is online, including filing. I don't even print a paper copy any more. No need --there's a PDF anytime I new to show my tax return.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions are so easy to follow and no legal mumbo jumbo to translate into common language
What's not so great: Can't think of any

What's great about it: Easy to understand; makes tax time a breeze.

What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Sometimes it's hard to go back & look at an original entry.
