Very good product, I use it every year no matter what. I appreciate the five free e files so i can do my families returns
What's great about it: very thorough, i really appreciate the its deductible portion for contributions
What's not so great: some sections asked one to many questions

Easy, Breezy--I don't know why I put this off

I'm a young, professional adult, who somehow always puts off doing her taxes....and I shouldn't be. TurboTax walks me through each and every single step, guides me through and gave me great ideas about how to prepare for next year. I loved it.
What's great about it: Walks you through, step-by-step
What's not so great: Took time?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Step by Step Assurance!

Data from previous years is carried over for you. The step by step process is so easy to follow, and you can stop and start back up easily. Being able to do both the federal and state in one application and then efiling is so efficient.
What's great about it: Data is carried over as needed, avoiding the need to re-input.
What's not so great: Nothing significant

It can't get any easier then this

I have been using turbo tax for at least 20+ years and it gets easier each year. I am sold on it and will continue to use as long as we have taxation. The guide part of the program has become so automated that its almost impossible to make a mistake. The last place I want to make a mistake is on my taxes. Thanks for the great product!!!

easy to use

As an accounting background person, I found no difficulties to use this software. But it still takes some time compared to other professional software. I still recommend this software and save some money!!
What's great about it: instruct you very clear and explain every details as non-accountant user
What's not so great: it takes a quite some time to finish a fully return

I pay estimated taxes and like getting a quick read on what I owe before the January 15th payment. Turbo Tax makes this easier to do.
What's great about it: Comparison of figures from last year to check what needed done.
What's not so great: Sometimes unsure of the next step. When is the present step finished?

Taxing Made Easy

Overall, this was the best experience yet with Turbo Tax and I have been doing it for over ten years.
What's great about it: The steps guided me through many items that would have otherwise been hard to figure out where to go next.
What's not so great: I had a little trouble following some of the directions and had to call in for advice.
