Tax laws are way too complicated!

It's not Turbo Tax's fault that the tax laws are so confusing and complicated. I've been using the software for years, and wouldn't think of taking on my return without it, but the politicians just keep making this more and more difficult to keep straight. Intuit could make the "help" information more helpful - at times I was left just as unsure even after reading through multiple topics.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax helped us get a much bigger refund
What's not so great: Education and Investment sections are confusing

Turbo Tax is definitely a useful tool to get your taxes done quickly and to feel that you have done them correctly as well. I've been using Turbo Tax for a long time now and feel that it is the most efficient product to do your taxes out there!
What's great about it: Walk thru or explore input on your own..
What's not so great: Mileage info did not transfer to other forms had to input again
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used HR Block for last 10 years and switched. Turbo Tax is my new SW for tax time.

User friendly. I like the ability to go "back" and check info at any point. Didn't like the ads that appears a couple of times, but that's marketing.

I've used Turbo Tax for the past few years.
I find it very helpful and easy to use. It leads me through all the questions that relate to my needs.
It gives me ability to import figures from my Bank and other sources or to enter them manually.
Once you've filed with Turbo Tax you can import last years information so that you can see comparisons. It gives you a head start on completing this years taxes by reminding you what you did last year, helping you to not miss deductions.
You get changes to Tax laws on-line so you are up to date with the latest changes.
Turbo Tax Imports Federal info. to State, to make State taxes a breeze.
Enjoy a faster refund by e-filing, but you can preview before filing or print a copy to file with snail-mail.
Speeds up my refund for both Federal and State.

Many years of doing taxes with Turbo Tax and it gets better and better!
What's great about it: Guidance was thorough and step by step comparisons to previous year were like insurance.
What's not so great: Needed a little more detail on a few questions when it came to refinancing home.

Makes it so easy

I like how turbotax answers my questions and fills in the forms correctly for me. I am not an accountabt and not a numbers guy, but turbotax makes it easy.
What's great about it: Explains all the hard parts and fills in the info correctly, right where it needs to go.
