Refund made simple

I actually enjoy doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax! I know that all the info that I need to file will be put in by me and not someone that doesn't know or care about me and my family. I enjoy reading and learning about the new changes to our tax laws. Turbo Tax is easy to follow and understand. I wouldn't use any other product to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow directions given

Always an easy "A"

I started using it a dozen or so years ago for my in-laws and then my wife and I.
It has helped us through what would have been a series of head-scratchers in the last years. Some of the things it helped us address were stock options, money lost on the sale of a house, job changes, multi-state employment, etc. All were handled with east thanks to Turbo Tax.
I would highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Consistency - If you use it each year you become more familiar and filing becomes that much quicker!
What's not so great: Nothing wrong with the product, it is just the tax code that is confusing

ATM section

This is my first time use the Turbo Tax software; it wasn't that bad at all. I actually like to use it from now on.
What's great about it: Cintains in Tubor Tax
What's not so great: No explaination was attached as seen from many many other sections.

Pretty easy to use

All in all pretty good software. Just didn't like that I was required to complete local tax forms. I like to do those separate.

TurboTax is great. I dread having to do my taxes, but the software makes it less painful. It's user friendly and easy to enter your information. I've been using it for years.
What's great about it: Straightforward and easy to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
