Why Make It Hard

Why make it hard to file by mail? There should be an automatic button to print and file the state return just like there was before. Why are you hiding it?
What's great about it: Turbo tax is quick and cheap.
What's not so great: Hides the way to file state return without e-file

I have been using TurboTax since the early to mid-90s. The software has never disappointed. The interview screens are straightforward and easy to understand.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Confidence in TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax for more than 5 years now, and I'd worked offline most of those years to compare to TurboTax. I am convinced that I cannot do better than TurboTax, and I have found TurboTax to be accurate. By uploading previous year's data, it is even easier than filing paper forms, and I am less likely to make a writing error. Finally, by following the TurboTax process, I know that I am checking all common income sources, deductions, and credits.

Excellent Product

I have used Turbo Tax for years and they continue to make the process of filing my taxes easy to understand. The State and Federal Tax Code is very complicated and Turbo Tax makes it easy for the average "Joe" to feel confident that his/her taxes are filed correctly.
What's great about it: Very Easy to Understand
What's not so great: None
