Great interface

Auto-download from financial institutions is great..

What's great about it: ability to switch back & forth between interview, self-directed & forms
What's not so great: If a number is wrong, it takes many clicks to get back to the original source
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Improved Education Section

The education section dealing with scholarships and qualified eduction expenses is much improved.
What's great about it: Question format is easy to use.

Complicated made easy

I have a small home business and TurboTax took me through all the steps to itemise my expenses and other deductions. Made it very simple without me having to go through a ton of IRS documents to guess at what I needed to file.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything with great explanations in all catagories of what I needed to know
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

fast and easy

Turbo Tax has made filing my taxes easy and personal. I don't have to take off work any longer to meet with a CPA. I love this program and will continue to use it. i am 100% satisfied with the program.
What's great about it: answering the questions are so easy
What's not so great: no cons

Turbo Tax is great! Very well explains all of the steps to be taken in preparing income tax forms. I especially like the way it figures things out for you! Only way it could be better would be if it somehow magically made me more computer savy!
