Without TurboTax, I do not know what I would do... the software is so intuitive and easy to follow, you lose your fear about making mistakes... and of course, you get the confidence that everything is up to date regarding tax law :-)
What's great about it: Makes me confident about preparing my own taxes...Super easy!

First TTax Glitch I've Ever Found

We have used TTax for decades and will continue to do so. But this year, we encountered the same problem with both the Business and Deluxe versions. When it's time to preview your return, TTax opens a box for you to print your return for review. The default option in this window is to print the preview; but "Save as PDF" and "Cancel" are the other two options. If you select "Save as PDF" at this stage, in either program, TTax will lock up. You have to use Task Manager to kill the program, then reopen and navigate your way back. If "Save as PDF" is NOT an option at that point (it IS available later), then is should NOT appear in the window.
What's great about it: Thorough as always; easy to use
What's not so great: Final preview and printing process have problems

Quick and easy

I have a fairly simple long form and this is the first time that I have used turbo tax. It was very easy and user friendly. I'd recommend this to anybody with a simple return that doesn't want to pay big money to get their taxes done.
What's great about it: fast, simple, thorough
What's not so great: using my printer ink and paper
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes Tax Returns so much easier

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I have never had any issues and would not think of doing my tax returns myself without it.

Great detailed instructions

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and find it is the easiest way for me to file my taxes for both Federal and State. Years ago I used an excel worksheet and manually filled in the forms, but did not have the confidence I do now when completing my tax return. My favorite thing in Turbo Tax is to watch the results change at the top fo the screen as I input all my information.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions
What's not so great: Purchased Federal and State, but State would not launch at first

Where is the section to burn a copy of my taxes ?

You should list the capabilities of each version of Turbo Tax in more detail. Which version handles Form 1041 estate ? Do the state version handle income tax of estate (California) ?
What's great about it: Good instructions
What's not so great: No ability to burn CD copy of taxes like last year.
