Easy to use

We've been using Turbo Tax for several years because it is so easy. Until the tax code is greatly simplified, this program is the best way to get through the returns especially for those of us who want to itemize or need to itemize our deductions.

TAXES DONE TURBO STYLE

All in all, a great experience. This was the first time that my husband and I utilized Turbo Tax without the assistance of any outside entities (I.E. family). We would definitely recommend Turbo Tax to our friends and family members who have not attempted to complete their income taxes on their own accord.
What's great about it: ABILITY TO COMPLETE FORMS AT MY OWN PACE
What's not so great: ANTICIPATION OF THE UNKNOWN!

The best aspect of Turbo Tax is it's ease of use. The detailed step by step process and descriptions of that process has never made filing your taxes easier. Having professional tax experts available to you for consult is an added bonus and comfort.

Lovin' Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. I love the way it imports information from the previous year's return and allows me to compare this year to last year. This really helps me to see how things have changed (or not) from year to year.
What's great about it: Concise, clear, and complete
What's not so great: Sometimes takes me to questions not pertinent to my situation
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I started using Turbotax over 15 years ago, and it has always been accurate. When a piece of sotware is that good, there's not a heck of a lot to say that would make it better. Good job
