I used another product last year after having used Turbo Tax in prior years. I could not wait to get back to Turbo Tax!!!

Sense of Security

Ten years ago I became a widow and found myself raising four young children by myself. I had never filed taxes for our family, but I knew my late husband had used Turbo Tax when he filed for us. I believed that if he used it, it was dependable.
With the help of TurboTax, that first year I filed my taxes!
I can't describe my sense of pride & accomplishment!
Here, ten years later, I can honestly say I still have that same feeling that my children's father is smiling at us as I send in my return with Turbo Tax's help! It has allowed a glimmer of hope that we could make our way in today's world... Thank you.
With the help of TurboTax, that first year I filed my taxes!

Good refund

I thought that the way Turbo Tax goes through each step was very easy for me to follow. It made it easy for me to find my documents and where I needed to list them. Have used Turbo Tax for many years and have been very happy.
What's great about it: very simple to follow. Made it easy for me
What's not so great: little hard for me to figure out dividend information
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Rather Good Experience

I have been using Turbotax for many years. It seems to get better each year with the smoothness of the product. I have not had any major issues, and have even taken others up on the "free" offer and found that it is all the same when it comes to money that I am owed. I will continue to use the product unless something gets really difficult.
What's great about it: Smooth and quick
What's not so great: Sometime hard to read fonts

Turbo powered my Return!

I have used TurboTax for preparing and dfiling my taxes for almost a decade. The ease of use and the comfort level that teh return will be accurate and error free is the best value for money. The step by step approach is very easy to follow and the ability to save and pickup or jump to a bookmark is very nice. The software is bug free from a user interface perspective.
What's great about it: Ease of use and self guided filing
What's not so great: Search feature based on certain common key words is difficult

Easy to Use

Overall good experience. Easy and straightforward to use. Good prompts as you go along. Would recommend to others.
What's great about it: Simple. Straight forward and easy to use.
What's not so great: Had to search for a few things to understand them prior to answering questions on the return.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
