It's a smooth refunderator

I will continue to use this product for years to come. It makes getting taxes done more accurate and easier than having to meet with an accountant. The extra cost of downloading additional states for students who live at out-of-town schools and earn income out of their home state almost makes it not worth it. But it is so much easier than getting the paper forms and fillingh them out, I rationalize and just do it! I would be so much happier with a less expensive extra download though for our four college students.
What's great about it: Helpls me get it right with the right questions
What's not so great: Having to pay so much extra for the extra state downloads

Have both a farm & rent farm property. the transitions between these 2 separate items is not clear if you follow the step by step process & needs work. Other than that one gray area, I've always been happy with your product.

Turbo Tax lead me through all the steps with easy instructions. It covers everything so I felt confident returns were done accurately. Refunds are the best part - very fast!
What's great about it: Refund is quick and simple
What's not so great: must be comfortable with computer

What's great about it: Very easy to use for most situations
What's not so great: had to look at state form for severence pay documentation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Ease of filing taxes

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 8 years and the product keeps improving every year. They are spot on about the new tax rules making it easy for us for whom it's tough to keep up with new tax rules, forms etc. Depending on our personal situation, Turbo tax brings up the required forms and it's a breeze filing our tax returns and I'll continue to do so ....
What's great about it: user friendly interface

Turbo Tax was very simple to use and I completed my return in one evenings time. I had a fairly simple return so I had navigate through some lengthy menus that did not apply to my situation. Otherwise, easy to use with helpful explanations along the way.
What's great about it: I completed my return in one evening.
What's not so great: It took me through a lot of unnecessary menus.
