Super way to save money

I have been using Turbotax for many years with no problem. You can fill out and file your taxes in one day. The hardest part is getting all your papers together - Turbotax takes care of the rest.

Super easy...and my taxes were complicated

I really liked this program. I had never used it before but had complicated taxes this year (a few employers, some self-employed income, tuition expenses, etc). Turbotax made it really easy. I loved it and will probably use it again.
What's great about it: Easy, funny, step-by-step walkthrough
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Too important to mess with

I have the same employer with the same deductions each year. Eventhough it is a "simple "return no one had better mess with my favorite uncle "SAM".
What's great about it: covers all the bases even for a simple return

I have used Turbo tax for the past few years, still love it.
What's great about it: Simple, clear, easy instructions
What's not so great: Had to restart my computer a few times to get all the updates to transfer correctly

so disappointing

I have used TT for years and years and this year was the most frustrating. There were so many problems that I was shocked! Entering forms was hard( ie Sch I Sch R had no area for addresses and tax #s) entering info was hard The lead in questions didn't work I caled TT and got help and they even upgraded me but it was still all a mess and I do not have hard taxes I used to have more complex taxes and they were actually easier than this year's simple ones! Extremely frustrated

Sweet Relief

My return was a little tricky this year so I started researching what forms I would need to file on my own. I found out that if I had only started my return on Turbo Tax it would have been done for me. Turbo Tax asked me the right questions and filed the extra forms I needed without having to ask. Thanks T.T.
What's great about it: Cover even tricky returns
