Made tax filing easy

I have several investments and Turbo Tax makes handling of the various types of investments very easy.
What's great about it: filling out my tax return was very straight forward

Easiest and Safest Way to Do My Taxes

Excellent!! I have been doing my taxes for the past 5 years with Turbo Tax. I wouldn't switch.
What's great about it: very user friendly, step by step questions were very helfpul, also the highlighted words for additional info was great

Turbo tax walks you thru the steps and gives you options of how to answer questions.
What's great about it: it walks you thru the steps and can try different options
What's not so great: would be nice to have more details on sales tax and auto allowed deductions. The tuition paid was a little confusing

Overall Good But Problem with Form 8889 & efile

I had an HSA a few years ago and have funds remaining; had a distribution in 2012; got message from Turbo Tax that because of that - and since I no longer was covered by an HSA, I could not file electronically. Googled the issue and a problem only with Turbo Tax. Waited three weeks and did a review again and Turbo Tax let me file electronically. They said it had been an IRS problem. I'm thinking of switiching to another software company next year.
What's great about it: Easily imported data from prior year; seemed comprehensive
What's not so great: Problem with Form 8889

I use TurboTax every year, and the product seems to improve every year. There is NO reason not to use it!
What's great about it: user friendly, intuitive, easy to maneuver
