overall a great program. i would like to see the efile price for state included with the purchase price of turbo tax
What's great about it: easy for most people with common tax issues

Best tax software ever

I've been using TurboTax for years and I wouldn't use any other product or service.
What's great about it: Simple and concise to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been a long time TurboTax user and am generally pleased with the product. It's super easy and intuitive to use, especially if you have a basic return. Seems like the last few years have been more issue prone though, so hopefully Intuit keeps their eye on the ball and gets these resolved...little gliches lead to big headaches for the average user!
What's great about it: easy to use,intuitive

I've been using TurboTax for years and it continues to be a very easy process to input tax information and know that the resultant tax return is top notch.
I don't stress over filing taxes. I just gather my required forms, input the data, verify where needed and I'm almost done.
Filing electronically also makes it so easy to 1-2-3 taxes filed, and refund on the way, or if have to pay, bam.... easily deducted from checking account.
Taxes are something that we all have to do, thank goodness Turbo Tax is around to make the whole process easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None that I found

Why Turbotax is my (BFF) Best Friend

Turbotax is my best friend. You might be asking why is Turbotax my best friend? Its not that I am anti-social or anything far from it but this year was a most excellent tax year and throughout the whole process guiding me along the path to a refund was Turbotax. When I was down and needed a pick me up, who was there to give me advice? Turbotax! When I got lost in the Federal Section and didn't know what to claim for donations, who was there to answer my question? Turbotax! And best of all when I was broke and needed money, who was there? Turbotax!!!
What's great about it: Quick Refund! Excellent Customer Service!!

Job Made Easy!

Overall I would say using Tubo Tax makes a difficult job so easy, and the Customer Service is wonderful. The Representatives are courteous, kind, patient and full of knowledge!
What's great about it: The prompts thoughout the program

I am very confident in doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. As I have been for over 10 years. I have tried the other guys software and when I compared the same return with Turbo Tax, I got more money back!
What's great about it: Smooth, Efficient and Correct!
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments
