TAX TIME MADE EASY

IMPORTS LAST YEARS TAX RETURN DATA IF YOU USED TURBO TAX TO PREPARE IT. THIS REALLY SPEEDS UP THE PROCESS. ASKS YOU ALL THE POSSIBLE QUESTIONS TO GET YOU THE BIGGEST REFUND. SHOWS YOU A COMPARISON WITH LAST YEARS RETURN. THEN IT WILL E-FILE YOUR RETURN SO YOU GET YOUR REFUND FAST. I GIVE IT TWO THUMBS UP!
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO USE. TAX GUIDANCE IS GREAT.
What's not so great: NONE

Easiest Way to File Tax Returns

I have used TurboTax for many years. It keeps getting better. It easy to use, it allows you to save your entries and then return and pick-up where you left off. I continue to recommend it as an easy/friendly/low cost way to file your tax returns. I have never been audited.
What's great about it: Friendly prompts for data
What's not so great: Surprise refund fee at end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used Turbo Tax now for 5 years and the product just keeps getting better! It's extremely user friendly and the support is second to none!
What's great about it: QUICKLY lets you know anbout mistakes and problems that might get missed if diong by hand.
What's not so great: Needs to offer a clear path to getting all the information off a computer and on an exrternal drive.

I have used turbo tax every single year I have ever filed a return, and it has yet to disappoint. My only complaint this year, is that there was no upfront list telling me the things I might need (ex. my children's daycare's EIN #. Still, you live and learn so at least I will know for next year.
What's great about it: Very cheap alternative to the other tax preparation services
What's not so great: Very few, if any

Refunds Made Easy!

TurboTax walks me through everything so I don't miss any steps. The information is presented in a way that it is easy to understand. I know what items apply to me just by reading the explanation. I feel confident that I haven't missed anything. TurboTax questions items that don't look correct prior to be submitting it. I'm very happy with TurboTax, especially when I hit the submit button.
What's great about it: I like that TurboTax walks me through everything so I don't miss anything. Each step is easy to understand.
What's not so great: I like everything about TurboTax
