Fast and Easy as usual!

I've used this program for the last 5 years of filing my individual single return. Since nothing major in my life has changed each year, it makes filing my taxes a breeze! Being able to import my previous years return takes all the pain out of doing my taxes - now only if it could fix my procrastination problem!
What's great about it: Quick, uploads from previous years, saves historic information

A little transparency in why some questions are asked would tax the (end-user's) patience less! Otherwise, it is a great product. Very user friendly and fun to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, hides complexity - so less intimidating
What's not so great: Just too many questions, but how they are tied together is not clear without prior knowledge of tax laws

I love using TurboTax! I find the step-by-step walk-through process very easy and actually kind of fun. I am by no means an expert number cruncher but this program is very simple to follow and all of the calculations are done for you. I have been using TurboTax for at least 7 years now and I have never experienced any proplems with the program or the calculations.
What's great about it: Start to finish in a few short hours

I have used Turbo tax for years and find it to be exactly what I need. It is extremely easy to use, very helpful, and worry free. It guides me line-by-line through my return and reminds me and compares for me my previous year's return. I feel very confident that my return is done correctly.
What's great about it: easy to use-worry free-accurate
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

3. Some input items regarding the same matter, such as unemployment repaid in prior years, should be entered at the same time as all other information. This simplifies the entry and concentration of the user.
What's great about it: Interview process makes Turbo Tax easy to use.
What's not so great: 1. Start up time to open the software is too slow. 2. Difficult to know which product version to purchase.

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years now and I am very pleased with it. It is so simple to use and easy to understand. I highly recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Great product!! Fast, simple, easy to understand and use!!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
