Quick - Clean - Simple

This is my 6th year on Turbo Tax. Always accurate and easy to use.
What's great about it: Handled my K-1 in short order

SO EASY, NO degree necessary!

I love my Turbotax. Have been using it for years. It even makes it easy, when I need to figure out mult different ways of filing. THANKS for creating Turbo Tax.
The only con, is I feel frustrated that I went out and purchased my Deluxe Turbo Tax and still have to pay to efile my State return, and my friends went online and used Turbo Tax Fed for free and filed for free online (for Fed Taxes that is.) Wish my purchase price and loyal customer purchases would pay for me to file my State return at no cost too.

What's great about it: item by item questions, no need for quess work
What's not so great: Since I spent the money to BUY it, wish I didn't have to pay to efile state.

Great Help, Taxes made easy!

I have found using Turbo Tax for several years now that every year gets easier and easier. They auto fill and correct items to be carried over from previous years. They file my taxes with lightning fast precision and with garunteed perfection.
What's great about it: Year to year tax comparisons,
What's not so great: Nothing I have found

Streamlined

Software is very streamlined, hits the most importnat and common points.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to find answers to specific questions. For example, if you type "direct deposit", or "refund deposit" in the find box, nothing gets returned. After some research on the web, I found how and where to enter the information so that my refund would be deposited directly into my bank account, but that information should have been readily accessible...

I have always loved Turbo Tax and had no problems with it.
You are now automatically saving as PDF with no clear
instructions on how to print. I am an 80 year old retired CPA

Sure takes a load off my mind to have completed filing my taxes. The HELP is easy to access and very informative.
The sequence Turbo Tax takes you thru takes the panic out of finding what I need to enter. Also helps me set up files for next years returns and be even better organized to complete it faster and probably start earlier.
