Have used TurboTax for 10 or so years - will continue to use.
What's great about it: Complete easy step by step process
What's not so great: No negatives

Generally, a very good, trust worthy product. I would like to see a Plan for Next year section in which to input info as the year progresses so there would not be any unpleasant surprises (like a had this year :( )

What's great about it: Helps me stay organized and plan better for next year. I like the Community feature.
What's not so great: Wish a discount would be given for long time users and/or seniors

Although I had to pay this year TurboTax made it as pleasant as possible and tried everyway possible to get me the best return that I could file. The only thing that I would add is maybe some hints as to how to make sound decisions for next year

TurboTax is quick and easy to use. The transferring of information from year to year and the ability to download information greatly reduces the drudgery and time consumption of data inputting. Additionally, It is quickly discernible using TurboTax, whether or not itemizing is necessary. It becomes evident well before too much time is wasted entering needless deductions. However, if you patiently follow the step-by-step questioning you will no doubt, come across something that you would have overlooked on your own. The program will jog your memory to something that may have occurred over the year that you may have forgotten about. Also, many little know deductions are also brought to light, things that the average preparer has little awareness of. These tax savings along with the time savings makes TurboTax well worth the cost of purchase.
What's great about it: Simple, easy, accurate and cost effective.
What's not so great: Answers to to specific questions are not easily found.

Turbo Tax Experience

I've been using turbo tax for the past 6 years it gets better and better each year people should take advantage of this product beacuse it works for me it will work for you why not try it do not sit there JUST DO IT.
What's great about it: Very Fast, Efficent, Easy to use

I've used TurboTax for many years, but this was my 2nd year that I e-filed my taxes using TurboTax.
I would recommend e-filing as it only takes a short time on the computer to do it. User-friendly too.
Even though I dread doing my taxes, TurboTax makes it as easy as possible for me to do it.

Happy Days are Here Again!

The product was very easy to use. I like the way it took you from one topic to the next. If you missed something you could easily go back and make corrections I like the way it moved you forward on each section and the questions that where asked to get your information and the fact that you could always see the amount of your refund.
What's great about it: Easy to move from one section to the next
What's not so great: A little slow on downloading updates
