Quick and easy!

I have been doing my taxes with TurboTax since 2008. I can honestly say that I'm very satisfied with TurboTax. I no longer have to wait at some tax preparation office, waste of time and money. Thankfully, I decided to try TurboTax back in 2008. Now the only office I step into is my office :-).
What's great about it: helpful step by step instructions.
What's not so great: Zero Cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I always use Turbotax, it is so fast and easy to use. I never have any qualms trusting my taxes to Intuit, they have always made a great product.
What's great about it: Got the maximum refund I could, and explored all options.
What's not so great: Took a little longer than I thought, but that's taxes for you!

Great easy and fast

Love that there are sections that are detailed and walk you step by step through the filing task.
My experience was pleasant and that's really what you need when everything else can be so hectic.

Excellent assistance to my most hated annual to do

I enjoyed using your product for completing one of my most hated things to do annually!
At the last moment you caught a goof I made of adding a Charity: Arthritis Society of Canada (Winnipeg, MB) - didn't like MB for state. What would have been nice to give me a chance to look them up & validate the EIN for example. I downloaded the IRS Pub. 78 to verify and this one wasn't on the list. So maybe next year, you can add that feature. IRS does publish the data, so you could have done a lookup to verify.
Thanks in any case for excellent experience. It almost take the pain out of filing a return each year. ;-D
What's great about it: Liked how thorough process was.
What's not so great: Disliked not knowing if charities from Canada were legit.

At one particuliar time I had to go back and it wouldn't let me go back to where I wanted to go. Another time I was trying to start over and there again it kept skipping to my review which I did not want. Then at end I wanted to see forms and I had a problem getting to them
I have used Turbo for at LEAST 10 more times and each year it gets more ineffient. I also don't like the way you down load the forms when you get finished. Either to save or download to disc. You used to be able to just say save and you could downloaad it, now you have to make PD and then go back and save.
What's not so great: Not happy with tubo tax this year

Much easier this year than last. Better help sections that speak to a tax payer rather than a tax attorney.
Very logical progression thru the mass of information. This is a easy way to finish an unpleasant task.

What's not so great: easier to type in information rather than search
