Easy to use

I have been using for years (since they bought out Parsons tax software, which I used before that). Easy to use, nice how it imports last years data, trustworthy software. Enasbles quick refunds.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to use
What's not so great: perhaps a few too many clicks required

So Fast & So Simple

I have been using TurboTax for years now. It is quick and easy. They think of all possible breaks for me. TurboTax is a part of my life now, I turn to TurboTax every tax time. I no longer hate doing my taxes. I know I can depend on TurboTax to get my taxes done easily. I can spend the extra time TurboTax frees up for me doing things with my family like going to the beach, hiking, etc. Thank you TurboTax!!

When I entered the first 1099-R, the others were dropped, I might have done that but not sure

2012 Taxes a Breeze

Excellent product. Would recommend to anyone. I have used Turbo tax for 5 years, but this year was much easier and more detailed. They improve the product every year.

Great Product!

I have used TurboTax to file my returns for the past five years, and although I have not used any of the other products out there, I feel it is the best product for my needs since it quickly inputs general information from my past years' returns, and prevents me from having to enter redundant information. It also saves some gas money and time required for interactions with a tax professional. I don't think there will be any point in time where there won't be a product offered by TurboTax that can meet my tax reporting needs!

Overall TurboTax is great software. A little more attention to error handling would be gretly beneficial.
What's great about it: transferred data from last years return
What's not so great: 1 error did not give me explanation of how to resolve
