great program

I have extra infor to enter that I wasn't sure where to put it on the paper form, TurboTax made it very easy to know where the information was to go
What's great about it: made entering the info easy
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax needs an edit to identify a missing date purchased or date sold for securities activity. My Federal and state E filed returns were rejected twice until I was able to fix a missing date in this area

Easy to Use

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and each year it gets better and easier to use.
What's great about it: Easy step by step instructions. Also, I liked the prompts so you don't miss anything.
What's not so great: Should have built in calculator for adding items together.

This is my fifth year to use Turbo Tax. Takes the guesswork out of filing. Answers are thorough and understandable.
What's great about it: easy step guidance
What's not so great: didn't like having to add states to the tax form itself

You guys continue to improve the product year after year. This is the best version so far and I've been using TubroTax since 1996.
What's great about it: Easyest version of TubroTax I've ever used
What's not so great: It didn't do my taxes without me. LOL

TurboTax is so easy to use...

All I did was have all of my tax documents in front of me, and has the program asked questions - I entered in the information I had -- It then error checked everything for me and made sure my return was correct. Then to top it all off -- it e-filed it for me, and set it up to have my return direct deposited into my account.
What's great about it: Error Check

Getting a Refund

My sight is not what it once was and when you find small type areas...as in the E-File area, I get lost. Actually there was nothing important there but you don't know if you cna't see it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow/Love being able to enlarge the type
What's not so great: Not able to enlarge type in E-File Section
