In about a half an hour, I entered all of my data and was ready to send my refund. It was simple and painless. Just follow the step by step guide and you should have nothing to worry about.
What's great about it: Everything was step by step...

Excellent software! I love that it will download information from last year - and that there are explanations of terms as you go along. This software is very easy to use.

Larger Refund Than I Expected

I have used TurboTax for years. It guides you through the process. I changed jobs last year and received unemployment for a period. No problem for TurboTax. The Federal and State refunds were larger that I expected and I'm extremely confident that my tax return is very accurate.
What's great about it: Straightforward and easy to use.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Throrough but easy

I really like importing my w-2 directly from my employer and other documents from the financial institutions., but the best part is the GPS feature that walks me though all the tax sections but lets me go back and revisit sections as I need or want to.
Its easy to save and come back to any point
What's great about it: Makes a long tedius task easy.
What's not so great: I still have to do taxes.

State return denied

Had to include truck data on Sch C even if you don't use in business
Refused to file KS state return even though I paid for Delux TurboTax.
What's great about it: OK as been using for over 20 years
What's not so great: Require data on non-use items

Every year, I am confident Turbo Tax will make my tax experience easy. I recommend it to all my friends.
What's great about it: Easy to find forms, good explanation of each process
