Don't Think Hard Just Read

So simple, just read what and TT walks you through everything. It offers senarios and even when you are not 100% sure, TT helps you figure it out. So really there are no wrong answers. If it applies to you, you get it if it does not apply to you then you don't and TT will explain why.
What's great about it: I love the walk through questions
What's not so great: Needs a side banner to offer explanations

I found the software easy to use and with the exception of two minor "bugs" gave me a very nice refund.

Reliable and Easy to use

I am using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and it is the best way to apply under my curent fisco situation (working 100% of the time , no international assignments under double taxation, etc).
What's great about it: Easy and good guidance thru the process
What's not so great: Some difficulties when calculating the Sales Tax Percentages

Minor Annoyance

Under the File menu there is an item called Print Front Window...
That item is greyed out nearly all of the time. It should be made so that it is always available, regardless of what the front window is. It's a pain in the butt to have to print the front window by taking a picture of the window first!
What's great about it: Virtually everything
What's not so great: print front window not available

I had used the 2011 version earlier to estimate how much of a tax return I would receive, It was about $3000. After using the new 2012 version, I only receive $1200. I'm going to do it again to see if I missed something. I don't think that much has changed from 2011 to 2012 tax laws.
What's great about it: reliable in the past
What's not so great: got a smaller refund than I expected
