Multiple Returns -- Accomplished!

Working in one state whle living in another, and then moving to another state meant complicated part year, non resident and resident filings to three different states. Turbo Tax sorted it all out and made it fairly easy. Can't imagine tackling it on my own!
What's great about it: Sorted out details of multiple state filings easily
What's not so great: Explanations are sometimes not quite clear enough

Have used your software for 5 years and it continues to get better. No difficulty encountered with this year's return.

I really appreciate the improved import functions - everything popped into the proper boxes!
What's great about it: Importing of W2 and brokerage statements is THE BEST
What's not so great: Some of the data gathering questions are tedious

I finished my return but because I do not have one ein no you ill not let me efile I won't use you product again. It will take me weeks to get the number and your system was no help

As with each past year, Turbo Tax was user friendly, easy to use and made an ordinarily 'taxing' experience quite tolerable.
What's great about it: Walk through; Uploads!; Refund/Owe at a glance
What's not so great: Couldn't delete form used in previous year

Always the best

I have used TurboTax for years. The interview approach means I never miss anything and the reviews at the end always catch any errors I make. I appreciate the audit risk function so I can review anything that may be in error to trigger an audit. Great software!
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, Seamless from year-to-year

product did not load from the disc I purchased. Had to call support, and get help. Once that was done it was as good as always
