This is my umpteenth year using Turbo tax and each year the process is more user friendly. I enjoy the humor added to process. Helps make a painful process tolerable.
What's great about it: ease of use, added humor
What's not so great: needed more info in help menu

I have used Turbo Tax now for four years in a row.
It is convenient and user friendly.
I was able to complete my returns in less than an hour.
The software is reliable and enables me to have great tax records.

Worked great for me, did my whole famlies taxes, from my retired Mother to my yougest working child. f
What's great about it: Easy to use, excellent guidance, online assitance faicntast
What's not so great: the only thing better wiould have been to scanin everything and click once :-)

It’s a user friendly, very accurate and one of the oldest programs. I've been using it since it was first introduced. Very happy with what it has to offer in tax preparation struggle.

I wondered as to whether I should try a different program because they say there are simpler ones out there. I just can see them being as efficient as Turbo Tax. Have been using them for nearly 10 years.
What's great about it: overall a breeze. Knew what I needed for each section
What's not so great: Some forms were a bit harder to enter
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using TurboTax for many years and find it is just getting more friendly. I've told several people about it and they agree and say "Why didn't I do this earlier?" My Son and Daughter are also big fans.....
What's great about it: This gets easier every year, you really do listen to us.
What's not so great: Can't think of any!

I have been usig Turbo for a number of years. And the older I get the more I forget, but this is the least intrusive oe ever.

Great as usual

Makes a dreaded chore almost fun. Pulling information from previous year's return helps tremendously. Takes away the worry that I might make a mistake in arithmetic or might put something in the wrong place.
What's great about it: Has everything and can import cmplicated records from investment houses
What's not so great: None come to mind
