This is Foolproof- Trust me-a tax fool

I have been using this product for several years now and I LOVE IT!!!!! I love the fact that I don't have to leave my home in the bitter cold to go and sit in an office for a couple hours(with my 2 toddlers) and get my taxes prepared for me. I love not having to lug around my personal information and knowing that I can stop and save my file whenever I need to. I like knowing that I am the one going through all of the steps so then I know nothing is getting passed over. This really is a great thing. If it can make me not dread doing my taxes... then it's a great thing all around. I mean who really likes 'doing their taxes'? Well maybe an accountant does... I recommend this to everyone I talk to.
What's great about it: This is such an easy product to use, you don't have to leave your home or have to lug around personal information
What's not so great: none- well actually- it's con is- I actually like doing my taxes- REALLY????

Couldn't Be an Easier

I have used turbo tax for a number of years, each year, the software seems to get better and better! I love the feeling of being able to file with 100% confidence that the return was completed correctly and that I did not miss any deductions/credits! Thank you turbo tax!
What's great about it: User friendly, easy to follow and understand, addtitional reference guidance where needed

GREAT PRODUCT BUT IMPERFECT THIS YEAR

Been using for 4-5 years now. For the first time ever, I encountered a bug in the functionality of the program. When it was time to enter the state return, the prog. froze up and would not let me go further than the START command. It was a panicky moment until I would a solution in their COMMUNITY tab in which a user suggested saving, exiting and restarting, which worked.
What's great about it: Through and precise. Extremely user friendly.
What's not so great: Too much time spent on irrelevant topics.

2012 TAX RETURNS

I e-filed our taxes today and had a few questions. However, customer service doesn't provide any live chats on weekends, which was frustrating.
What's great about it: User Friendly, easy to understand
What's not so great: Live customer service not available on weekends

This is the third year I have used it & I WISH I had started sooner. reat product!
What's great about it: How you are hand-held and walked through the process! wonderful!
What's not so great: The wife knows how easy it is, so I can't blow the whole day off!! Ha-Ha
