Been using TurboTax for years. I am able to prepare my return and both my childrens' returns. It's simple, easy to understand and I can review and redo if necessary. Thanks TurboTax.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to understand, multiple returns, easy e-file

This was amazing. For the time I spent, it was completely worth while. Everything was clear and easy to understand. When I had questions the more details button was great, and the support community was used more than a few times to see if I qualified for something. Truly great. Life time customer won!

Easy to Use

Have now used for 2 years both for my wife and I, but also my Mother-in-law. Very logical progression of questions takes you through all the numerous facets of the tax return. somewhat fun to watch the refund figure at the top of the page change with each input of a new deduction.
What's great about it: easy to folow instructions, step by step
What's not so great: some questions require careful reading
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Eh, should be easier by now

seems like every year it just changes for the sake of changing. pick a format and stick to it. sometimes it I shard to find where you need to stick the info, and it is not always helpful; at telling you.
What's great about it: it works, it keep track of satuff year to year, doesn;t make math errors
What's not so great: tried too hard to 'walk you through it' enough with the handholding already

Great Software. Easy to use and a must for 90% of Tax Payers. Having previous years information at each stage makes it not only easier but increases my confidence in the accuracy.
What's great about it: Copied 2011 form information into 2012. Also, included 2011 information throughout the process to compare.
What's not so great: Confusing rolling over 401K's to IRA's.Also, I skipped TurboTax2010 , so my 2009 history was excluded.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
