Simplicity at its best

Using Turbo Tax was a breeze. All the steps were easy to follow. Will defiantly use and recommend Turbo Tax again!

As a past tax accountant, I found turbo tax about 10 years ago and will never go back to the old fashioned time consuming by hand tax preparation.
Turbo Tax has everything you want and with It's Deductible a part of the package and being able to keep up with everything on-line throughout the year it is great.
Turbo Tax is definitely staying in my WIN column.
What's great about it: Ease of use, online filing, technical and preparation support.and the use of It's Deductible on-line during year
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Filing was very easy

I used turbo Tax and allowed members of my family to use it to file their returns and everyone was very pleased with the results and ease of using it. The explainations for each item of income and deductions help determine if we should use each income item and where to report it. The deductions were just as easy. I have used Turbo Tax for the last ten years and I am very pleased with it.
What's great about it: walked thru the entie return

Use of Turbo Tax

I went back online and went thro' filing electronically again and this time, put in a PIN for spouse. The return did transmit that time. I had put in 2011 AGI figure but that didn't "fly" with Turbo Tax for transmission.
What's great about it: Easy to follow with the guided tour
What's not so great: Had to get spouse PIN even tho' it asked for either PIN or 2011 AGI amount

Great tax preparation software and easy to navigate and use. Asks the right questions for me. Tax assistance answered all my questions.
