QUICK AND EASY

Easy to use, and since I have been using it for several years it keeps track of last year's info and lets me see how I compare from year to year. Liked that this year I could e-file even though I owe state taxes.
What's great about it: FAST AND EASY
What's not so great: HARD TO FIX SOME ERRORS WITH w-2'S

Love turbo tax

Everyone hates tax time, but turbo tax makes it SO MUCH easier!!!! Easy to follow directions result in less time doing taxes and more confidence that they were done correctly.
What's great about it: Super software, easy to use
What's not so great: Should include free e-file of State forms

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years and have never had a problem.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax has done it again, easy to use and understand
What's not so great: can only file one state tax free.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using Turbo Tax for approximately eight to ten years and would not consider buying any other tax program. It's the best on the market!
What's great about it: Everything; simple to use, simple to understand and just plain simple to use!
What's not so great: Haven't found any yet!

Good experience

Overall, I like the flow and appearance of this software. Having used it for over 8 years, I appreciate the concise nature of the user interfaces and overall appearance.
Being a novice and having a general disdain for all matters financial, I would appreciate knowing the calculation process going on at various stages that result in wide swings in refund amounts. For instance, was the refund difference from last year primarily because of the reduced income and same deduction levels maintained static or.....? I think I know but thinking and knowing are different in how it makes one feel after doing the taxes.
What's great about it: very logical flow, easy to edit and recalculate, concise. I am very impressed
What's not so great: would like a bit more information explaining why the refund amount changes when certain deductions or incomes are added.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax DeLuxe 2013 - Review

I find that through several years of using Turbo Tax I can easily maintain records necessary for imput. This makes use of Turbo Tax fast and accurate.
What's great about it: Again this year I find Turbo Tax to be a straight forward and easy way to file the necessary federal tax.
What's not so great: Instructions are easy to follow and understand.
