Great for regular returns. Easy flow through techniques and brings up points you may have overlooked to improve your deductions.
However for immigrants who still have assets overseas it's a bit weak and, at one point, it got into a loop.

What's not so great: A bit weak on the more esoteric areas
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Every year I find not only the comfort of doing my taxes in my own home, but the thoroughness and consistency of using turbo tax, each year gets easier.
What's great about it: Quick, prompted me when I didn't add a deduction, thorough!!

Turbo Tax has been an accurate and confident tool for me to use for years. It allows me to manage our tax burden with ease and success. Turbo Tax is a life saver and succeeds in reducing the cost and efforts of individual tax management. Thanks for all you do to provide a great tool.
What's great about it: Update previous years info., flow of questions, simple imports, Easy guide selection, years of accurate tax filing
What's not so great: questions can be difficult to discern, increasing complex deduction code

The best product on the market for its price and ease of use. Been using Turbo tax for over ten years and will not change to any other tax filing system. Simply the best.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and it seems to get better every year. It is very easy to use.
The "Forms" method for the experienced user or "Step by step" for those who need a little more help with entering their information.

Excellent, but!

I found it hard to find forms for the Simplified Method Worksheet for use as a Federal retiree. I also found it hard to find information and explanations regarding the use of Bailey settlement for the state of north Carolina.
What's great about it: I liked most everything, but!
What's not so great: Difficult to find some worksheets and needed explanations.
