1. "Charitable Contribution Detail Worksheet 2012, Keep for your records" gave all the correct details (3 pages), but FORGOT TO INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE ORGANIZATION TO WHICH IT WAS DONATED. Really poor--- ("Noncash Contributions Worksheet"- Not a problem, it included the charity name)
2. Some forms, e.g. "Federal Information Worksheet 2012, Keep for your Records" were not properly formatted. The text DID NOT fit on the lines. The text was too large.

TurboTax = Easy Button for Taxes

We have been using TurboTax for nearly ten years now and it has never disappointed! I am grateful for the way it walks us through our tax return preparation and continually looks for additional refunds that we may qualify to receive. The error-checking and constant update checks are quite valuable as you never know when something might change. My only negative - and it's not really a TurboTax negative - is that even though we purchased the Deluxe edition which comes with a free state preparation, we still have to pay to e-file. I wish the states (or at least mine since it's one of those still living in the information stone age) would take a leaf from the Fed and let us do free e-filing. Would save everyone a lot of time and money over the long run.
What's great about it: Great walkthrough, all tax areas highlighted, appreciate the error checking
What's not so great: Tired of paying to e-file my state return

Overall, I have to say Turbo Tax is the easiest way to do your taxes...comfort of your own home, immediate results and quick and easy filing.
What's great about it: Pretty simple to use
What's not so great: Some confusing info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I feel confident filing with TurboTax. Every step is covered. I found the links to more information to be especially helpful.
What's great about it: Walks you through each and every step
What's not so great: Takes time, but not as much as doing it on my own.

I tried another tax program several years ago. I did not get the accuracy or user friendly results. The next year I went back to Turbo Tax and i will not try another tax program,
What's great about it: I have been usingTurbo Tax for years. Most accurate program that I have ever used.
