So easy

I am so glad I got my tax return done fairly quickly and easily using Turbo Tax. I have used this product since a friend introduced me to it in 1999.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax leads you through your return step by step using questions
What's not so great: No Turbo Tax con; just pulling together backup documents

Paid for E-file but not available per IRS.

Instructions not so clear as in prior years. Had to search, at length, for some answers to "Home Energy Credits."
Disappointing this year. Used TurboTax for past five+ years.
What's great about it: Liked doing own filing.
What's not so great: Some sections confusing.

I have been using TurboTax for years and never had a problem or audit. The software holds your hand and walks you through each section helping you to maximize your refund.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has always been GREAT! I have recommended Turbo Tax to friends and never had a complaint from anyone but I have heard several say that they wished they had used Turbo Tax instead of someone else.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing

We've been using TurboTax for years. The product continues to be easy to use and very thorough. It's the simplest and most accurate way to do your own taxes.

You end up paying a fairly steep filing fee, but for me the convienience was worth it. You can import last year's return, but even starting from scratch doesn't take too long.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: pricey
