An excellent way to file your federal and state taxes if you are not a CPA. Walks you through everything in day-to-day language without a lot of technical words. No math to do. No math errors to contend with. Even though I filed federal and several state taxes for a corporation for 25 years, for my personal fed and state taxes I would use nothing but TurboTax.
What's great about it: Ease of deductions and wages
What's not so great: expensive to buy program

Long time user. Will be back next year. Helped me through each category and didn't push the sales pitches as much as usual.
What's great about it: Quick, Fast, Easy
What's not so great: As you go through Income or Deductions, Categories are added to the bottom, so you have to scroll down for next section

My 2012 review

Fairly simple to understand and use. First time electronic filer for Federal Taxes. It seemed easy to do.
I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It would not download information from the 2011 return to 2012 return. Tried several different ways. Never could figure out why not so entered information manually. Have no pros or cons to speak of.
