Easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. I also like the fact that you can download you wages and interest income directly into the software from all the major investment sites; it reduces typing and error margin.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Getting easier every time

What I really like about Turbo Tax is the ease of completing the forms, as it uses information from the previous year's return (personal info, financial institution and charity data) and leads you quickly and easily through the forms. I have been using Turbo Tax for more than a dozen years now, and have come to trust it.
What's great about it: Quickly and easily transfer previous information
What's not so great: Must pay close attention to all questions

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it makes such a stressful time of year easier. I appreciate the humor the program has when first setting it up and while working through the tax forms. The ease of the program is awesome. Thanks for making our lives easier with Turbo Tax! Keep up the good work and I will keep on using Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax is an excellent guide to know what forms to use, what information to gather, and not miss anything.
What's great about it: Explanation of the different steps on the return!
What's not so great: Downloading financial information from financial advisory firms was incomplete.

This is my first time using Turbo Tax. I've been afraid to tackle taxes my self but Turbo Tax has calmed my fears.
We used professional CPAs before because we owned our own business. We closed our business a few years ago and decided this year we would try Turbo Tax first. We are confident the returns are accurate and pleased with the result.

I also like the feature that I can click and find out more information when I have a question. That way, my questions get answered quickly and save me a lot of time.
