Was quick and easy

Overall the product was exactly as it was promoted to be quick, clear, and informative.The interface was very user friendly.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and all encompassing on the deductions available
What's not so great: Thought the state filing was free as well,discovered it was not.

I like Turbo Tax however every year there are problems with transferring the prior year information
What's great about it: FAST
What's not so great: I COULDNT PULL UP INFO FROM LAST YEAR EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SAVED NO TRANSFER

What a Wonderful Relief It Is!!

Overall my first experience with TurboTax was awesome I didn't have to wait in line or sit in a office to file my taxes,its very convenient to use this software right at your very own home.Step by Step they walked me through my issues and gave me a quick calculated estimate of how much i earned this year it was like I was right with an tax agent right at a desk it was just an great new experience for me, this wouldn't be the last time i file with turbo tax.
What's great about it: I like how fast and easy you can request your electronic filing pin from the IRS it was so simple no worries waiting..
What's not so great: To be quite honest i really could't find any complaints with TurboTax took great care of all my issues..
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

One issue drove me to distraction

Overall it wa great. download most data from earlier versions and easily added new. One issue about file status was that head of household statue was blocked thought the explanation made it seem it should be possible. someone needs to revisit the exceptions to the standard for being able to claim head of household.
What's great about it: quick easy to understand help for most issues quickly delivered
What's not so great: one issue re status was never clarified.

Used Turbo Tax many years - started when my husband was living and it made our life easier - he was in sales and figuring deductions was made easy to understand and calculate. I have urged my children and friends to also use Turbo Tax and many have taken my advise and found results as excellent as I did.
