What I've come to expect!

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now and have come rely on its consistent approach. I did encounter a problem with the error check procedure this year with regard to the dependent worksheet; I have no dependents. After reviewing all the forms I deleted that worksheet with no problems.
I will continue to use Turbo Tax as long as I am required to file a return.
What's great about it: Imports previous year; easy to use & edit.
What's not so great: Error check prompts dependent worksheet - no dependents

this is the third time I have used TT. It gets easier with each filing. Support was not necessary this time.
What's great about it: quick and accurate
What's not so great: having to go through some items instead of going directly to the point

Easy to navigate. I have been using TurboTax since it was a little baby diskette!
Prices for an additional state that I need to purchase and to file the states electronically are getting a little high, though.
What's not so great: Program seemed to be a little slow this year.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and walked me through all areas of the return, so nothing was missed. Very satisfied with it!

I use TurboTax every year, and I'm a huge fan. It's very easy to fill out even complicated forms; this year I deducted expenses for a home office, and it was easy to enter the information in and calculate business expenses and depreciation.
What's great about it: Very easy to fill out even complicated forms
What's not so great: Lots of confirmation steps

I had issues early on with the program going into some sort of a loop but your customer support people got it straightened out right away.
What's great about it: fast, efficient and to the point. very easy to use!
