This is one of the best tax software. I've used others but I like this one the most. Easy, any one with basic computer can use it.

I've learned to trust Turbo Tax to ask the correct questions and fill in the blanks correctly, not to mention do the arithmetic correctly. That trust eliminates hours, even months, of headaches trying to put the correct information on the correct form in the correct blanks so that I receive the large return I generally receive.
What's great about it: ease of "filling in the blanks"
What's not so great: Federal and Illinois differed on "single" and/or "widow"

Max Refund

This is my fifth year using TurboTax and each year it seems the product gets better. TT walked me through each step and found deductions that I would have never taken.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walked me hrough each step, maxed my refund
What's not so great: Cumbersome when returning after saving

Most simple thing all year

Over all this was probably one of the easiest things I have had to deal with all year. Taxes are thought to be hard but TurboTax made it simple even for someone like me.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and step by step.
What's not so great: When errors it was hard at first to understand that if I didn't have it I could just tab through it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use, but not always easy to understand. Turbo Tax does provide professionals to help, when you get in a complicated situation.
What's great about it: Easy to use.

Super convenient

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and have saved the price of an accountant. It is super easy to enter all fields with appropriate instructions. I plan to continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Zero
