I have never had any problems using turbo tax, I've been using turbo tax for 6 years, I think it gets more user friendly each year. Easy to get to forms if I needed, overall great! Thanks!!!!
What's great about it: Walked me through all my forms....so easy
What's not so great: had to pay for state

So easy, keeps you up to date on your refund - Input your answers to the questions reviews every deduction and credit allowed.
What's great about it: So easy to use -- walks you thru step by step

Program is easy to follow, covers most circumstances, has ample help and guidance. Allows for multiple state filings and importing of data. Competitively priced.
What's great about it: Covers most circumstances, accurately and easily
What's not so great: update installer and intuit credit card payment site often unaccessible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Couldn't do it without TurboTax!

I have been using TurboTax for at least 5 years, and it just keeps getting better. It's extremely easy to use. Documents like W-2s and 1099s are easy to download, so I'm not concerned about making typos. All the calculations are done for me. Turbotax prompts me to look for deductions I wouldn't have thought about on my own. We itemize deductions, and it takes less than 3 hours for me to do our taxes. I wouldn't use anything else!
What's great about it: Walks me through everything step by step. Super easy to understand.
What's not so great: NONE!

It's a good product. If you dont have a complicated tax situation, save some coin and use TurboTax.
What's great about it: no glitches. easy to follow instructions
