GREAT REFUND

My wife and I have used TURBO-TAX for several years now. We are very pleased with the performance of the software because it walks you through the process of filing your taxes and if you are ever confused as to if you are entitled to a deduction they have "explain" icons you can click that describes the deduction. Also if you are still unsure that you filed correctly you have an option to have a representative to "back you up" for a ADDITIONAL FEE.. I recommend TURBO-TAX to anyone who wants to save $$$$ on their tax preparation.
What's great about it: walks you through process: "dummy-proof"
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is the BEST thing ever invented! Makes tax fileing tiime a whole lot easier and simpler! I do not even have to dig back to last years tax return. as Turbo keeps this information for me and automatically inserts these figures and information into the new years tax return! It also has a simple interview for you to follow! It helps you step by step! And if that is not enough, It helps you e-file the return too! What more can you ask for? GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!

No worries

I had used other Tax preparation software prior to Turbo Tax then I used Turbo Tax in 2008 and I was sold. I can't imagine doing my taxes without it. It makes tax time stress free.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Imports all my previous data

if you did have questions the help pop-up box was great. you could get more details if needed as they referred you to the irs publication/site.

Overall, I had a great experience with the program and with the customer service representatives. If there was one thing that could be improved, that would be the wait time to actually talk to a rep. (i needed help on three different occasions and my wait time was at least 30 minutes each time)
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: too long wait on phone
