I always turbocharge my refund!

I've used Turbo Tax for well over a decade. It has proven to be easy, fast, and reliable.. My refunds are hassle free. The program is so straightforward because it walks you through the steps and has hot links for explanations and frequently asked questions. I have never had to ask for professional help, but if I did Turbo Tax has me covered on that too. It's also good to know that if I hit a complicated year I can purchase Audit Defense. I also use it to do my father-in-law's taxes. He is a self proprietor, and I have always beaten his old tax preparer with Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Fast, easy to follow, and far cheaper than a professional.
What's not so great: What Cons?

TurboTax Deluxe continues to be the source for doing both my Federal and State taxes. This year, as with the previous year, it was very easy to start up the program, have it import my last years tax information, and calculate what I owe. Of course, I had extra information such as charitable donations and student loans to add, but this was easily done with the internal walkthrough guide. My filing wasn't as complicated as many others may have but I feel that it's worth the money I spent on the software just for having a peace of mind.
One issue I continue to have, though, is the charging of the e-file for State taxes. I would hope that, by now, this charge would be included in the price of the purchase of the software but it continues to be an extra charge. You do have the option of printing out and mailing the state taxes separately but this defeats the purpose of conveniently doing your federal and state taxes together electronically and securely.
Even with this one issue, this is still the only choice that I have for tax software at this time. Until I run into any other issues that make me think otherwise, this will continue to be my only source for doing my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, imports previous year taxes easily, great community for questions
What's not so great: Extra charge for State e-file

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years.......about twenty, I guess. It just improves every year. I thought it was great when I first began using it, but the folks at Intuit have kept improving Turbo Tax so that all the wrinkles are gone and it is streamlined. I just don't see how they can improve on it any more, but I'm sure they will. Great program.
What's great about it: Every year Turbo Tax gets easier and more streamlined.
What's not so great: Ain't none

Turbo Tax Does it Again

I have used Turbo Tax for eight years now and always will. It is a great tax tool. It takes the complications of tax preparation and do everything quickly, and accurately. As long as I have my information together, the question method allows me to get my taxes done in one sitting! With every year I have noticed new updates that make Turbo Tax better and better.
What's great about it: easy to use, great features
What's not so great: need to pick the right version, need to double check suggestions

Painless as Taxes can be.

I've used TurboTax for several years and have never had a problem. They lead you through every step and remind you to take deductions and credits that you might have overlooked. Very user friendly.
What's great about it: Leads you all they way through.
What's not so great: Need multiple state returns for families (like federal).

AMAZING

For a first time tax filer, this was the easiest experience ever.
In addition, finding out how much I'd be saving on the fly made it feel like I was making money back!
Completely worth the money I paid for it!
What's great about it: so easy, saved me money!
